Swansea City Centre is an ideal location for businesses with a wide choice of buildings, sites and investment opportunities. Swansea is home to a wide range of National companies and a diverse selection of Independent City Centre Traders.

During the last 20 years, Swansea has experienced dramatic economic growth that has been generated by a structured investment programme, enhancing the City and its surrounds. 

With the new bus station in its final stages and the news that the train station will be receiving a overhaul Swansea City Centre is certainly a developing destination.

Swansea has two Universities with over 50,000 students. Swansea is officially the safest University City in the country. Our efforts in reducing violent crime and theft has been on of the key factors in obtaining this accolade.

Transport Links into the City have been drastically improved in recent years and the parking options continue to improve with the help of Swansea BID funded parking initiatives, currently allowing up to 1 hour's FREE Parking in City Centre NCP Car Parks.
