The Swansea business community gathered together in the City Centre, for our latest Swansea BID Benefits Workshop – part of a series, organised by Swansea BID, designed to support local business with valuable and practical advice on business matters.
The breakfast-time event went ahead at the Dragon Hotel on Thursday, 3 August, with Rachel Thomas, an Account Director at Swansea-based PR and Marketing firm, MGBPR, as the guest speaker, sharing expertise on some of the key elements of social media, and its newest tools, to help local business owners boost their profile and trade.
Swansea BID Chief Executive, Russell Greenslade, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer these useful Swansea BID Benefits Workshops as a free perk to our BID Businesses. I know they are helping to give local businesses invaluable guidance on important topics that are likely to have a real impact upon their bottom line and their working practices.
“Here at Swansea BID we are always looking for innovative ways to support our BID Businesses and to help them – and in turn our City Centre – prosper.”
The next BID Benefits Workshop, expected to go ahead in early November, and free to Swansea BID members, will offer useful business planning and tax advice for SMEs.
