We are pleased to see more big brands making their home in Swansea City Centre, with The Original Bierkeller enjoying its launch party in Little Wind Street recently, and with other exciting brands about to open their doors here too.
Swansea City Centre is enjoying a golden age for food and beverage businesses, with The Original Bierkeller – popular purveyors of sausage and stein – being the latest in a long line of big brands consumers can enjoy when they visit the City Centre, or as they go about their working lives. Meanwhile, BrewDog, a brand which has transformed and modernised the image of craft beer, is set to open its doors in the former Bucket List site, and a new club, Liberate, will move into the Revolution site this month.
Russell Greenslade, Swansea BID Chief Executive, said: “Swansea City Centre is constantly evolving and we are delighted to welcome these three vibrant businesses to our City Centre. At a time of regeneration and progress for Swansea, it is pleasing to see ambitious businesses make a commitment to our City Centre, bringing employment opportunities and growth.
“Swansea’s food and beverage sector is a very heathy mix of big names, like The Original Bierkeller, Las Iguanas, Turtle Bay, Five Guys and Zinco Lounge, as well as unique independents including The Three Lamps, Pastalicious, The Bush Eatery, Belle Vue Bistro, Copper Bar and Juniper Place. These operations all add to the vibrant mix of destinations that consumers expect to find in a lively City Centre.”Tags: BrewDog, city centre, Five Guys, Juniper Place, Liberate, Little Wind Street, Pastalicious, Swansea, The Original Bierkeller, The Three Lamps, Turtle Bay, Zinco Lounge
