Dear Bid businesses, We will be shortly saying farewell to our Chair, Juliet Luproini. Juliet has been involved with the BID since its inception in 2006 and has been our Vice Chair and then Chair since 2010.

During this time, Juliet has expertly steered the BID through some enormous challenges, such as recession, changing shopping habits, a global pandemic and the cost of living crisis. As our Chair, she has been part of several Government Tasks & Finish Groups and Commissions, including Business Rates and Public Service Delivery, ensuring our voice was listened to, respected and recognised, helping inform strategic decisions to impact businesses positively.
Juliet will officially be stepping down as Chair on the 30th of April. Peter Lynn, Managing Partner of Peter Lynn & Partners Solicitors, a BID board Director since 2016, will become interim Chair.
I am sure you will join the BID office and board in sincerely thanking Juliet for her long-standing voluntary commitment to BID and best wishes on her new exciting adventures. Yours sincerely, Juliet Luporini
