Gower College Swansea’s Recruit, Retrain, Retain employer event will discuss many different problems businesses are currently facing, such as staff recruitment, development and retention, as well as the solutions available to these problems.
The event will take place at the Swansea.com Stadium on April 19, 8:30 am – 12:15 pm, and will be split into three different panels called Recruit, Retrain, Retain. The panels will discuss their experiences in dealing with these problems as well as the various solutions available, such as apprenticeships, and will answer questions from the audience.
Each panel will consist of Gower College Swansea staff and apprentices, as well as some guest speakers including Swansea Council, Acorn Recruitment, Peter Morgan Group/PM Financial and Swansea Bay University Health Board.
The event will also include opportunities to network, as well as some refreshments.
