Service Description

This understanding autism workshop will enlighten you on ways to show support for autistic people and their families. Spaces for this training are limited therefore spaces will be on a first come first serve basis. The course is led by National Autism Society Swansea Branch (NAS), the the UK's leading charity for people on the autism spectrum and their families. The Workshop will tackle key issues surrounding autism such as creating a greater public awareness of autism, which can help not just individuals with autism, but also make lives easier for families and caregivers. In addition, this workshop will help enrich our society by accepting the wonderful differences that we all have. The main focuses for the course are customer care, customer service, how to respond and what can be triggering.
