Swansea BID and Creative Hospitality Group are proud to spearhead a fundraising drive for the people of Ukraine, with venues across the city centre, and in Cardiff and Newport getting involved, on Saturday 2 April.
A number of night time venues, including Bambu, Swansea Grand Hotel, Peppermint, Brewdog, Coyote Ugly, Old Havana, The Bunkhouse, One Eyed Jacks, Morgans, Six and many others will rally support and donations via bucket collections and the sale of blue and yellow drinks and cakes, while some venues, including Creative Hospitality Group sites, will donate a percentage of their door take from Saturday.
Andrew Douglas, Swansea BID Operations Manager, said: “We are so pleased to see our big-hearted hospitality venues across Swansea city centre, and further afield, dig deep for the people of Ukraine, who are in all of our thoughts at the moment. We would encourage visitors to the city centre on Saturday to look out for the distinctive blue and yellow colours, or the sunflower of Ukraine, and to give generously if they can.”
