A long-established Swansea hair salon has scooped a Swansea BID Extra Mile Award for outstanding customer care.
Bello Capelli, which was established by two sisters, Andrea and Lucia Ismail, and operates in St Mary’s Square, has been recognised for the great lengths they go to, to keep clients and customers happy. The quarterly awards are also designed to give local businesses a boost for the hard work they carry out to help keep the City Centre vibrant and unique amid challenging conditions for UK retail.
Andrea, said: “I’m very pleased Bello Capelli has been recognised and I’m thankful for the positive client feedback that has helped us stand out from the crowd. We work hard as a team to give clients a warm welcome and it is lovely to see them return again and again. Many of our client have become friends over the years, not simply customers.
“These aren’t easy times for small businesses and it is important that we all do what we can to create and to support vibrant, welcoming, functioning communities, that have inbuilt longevity. We are proud that we have been operating within the City Centre for more than ten years, and we are committed to being a part of Swansea City Centre well into the future.”
